Annual Garage/Yard Sale

The Millington Condominium at Mill Run will host a spring and a summer garage/yard sale this year!!
The spring sale will be held on Saturday, May 19th 9:00 am – 3:00 pm rain or shine.
The summer sale will be held on Saturday, August 11th 9:00 am – 3:00 pm rain or shine.
Town home residents should use their driveways and or yards. Garden units should use their garage or the nearest green space to their unit.
Please be sure to clean up your area once the sale is over.

Pool Opening !!!

The pool is scheduled to open on Saturday, May 23rd!!
Remember, you need a key to get into the pool area. If you need a replacement key, please contact the office. Replacement keys are $50.00.

* Pool hours are from 9am – dusk*
* GLASS- Glass is strictly prohibited in the pool area. If glass were to break in the pool we would be required to close the pool, drain it, clean it, and then refill it. This process would take us about 2 weeks.

* PETS-Pets are not allowed in the pool area or the water at any time. The pet hair will clog up the filters and it is very unsanitary.

* TOWELS- Please remember if you wear oil or lotion to cover your chair or lounge with a towel before laying on them. The lotions and oils cause the chairs to discolor.

* DO NOT JUMP OVER THE FENCE! If you see someone jump the fence you have every right as an owner to question if they live here. You may contact the Columbus Police for trespassing @ 645-4545. This has been a huge issue in the past. There are many people who use our pool that do not live here or belong here. This is not fair to those that do live here. Please help the association by kicking these people out!

* SICK- Please avoid swimming if you have a diarrhea, cold, infection or infectious condition. This puts other swimmers at risk and could cause the pool to temporarily close.
* GRILLS- Grills are not permitted in the pool area at anytime.

*The pool may be closed at any time due to operational difficulties or weather, at management’s discretion. Please note the pool will be closed during power outages. When the pool is closed it is not safe to swim!

All persons using the pool area do so at their own risk. The management and Board of Directors assume NO responsibility for any accidents or injury. The management or Board of Directors is not responsible for any lost or damaged property.

Garage Sale!!

There will be two garage sales on the calendar this year!
The dates are Saturday, May 9th & Saturday, August 22nd.
The sales will be held from 9:00 am – 3:00 pm.
Town home residents should use their driveways & yards. Garden units should use their garage if they have one or the nearest green space to their unit.

New Compactor!!

The Association has purchased a new compactor. The new compactor will be delivered on Wednesday, February 19th. The compactor will be set to run after the door is opened and shut 5 times. It is not an open top container. You must walk up the ramp, open the door, and place trash inside. Please do not place cardboard in the compactor. Boxes tend to jam it up and prevent it from working properly.
Remember there is a recycling center located at the Firehouse on Mill Run Dr.
