There are maintenance repairs taking place now and as soon as these repairs are completed the pool will open. We do not have a specific date as of now, but we will keep you posted. We also plan to extend the closing into September. A few things you need to know: * We will not supply chair loungers, you may bring your own. * When entering and exiting the pool gate, we ask you to wear a face mask. * There is a new lock; if you have not received a…

Did You Know – Sump Pumps

Hello Millington, During our last heavy rain event, we had a total of 15 townhome basements flood. This was due to the sump pumps failing in a various capacities. There are two sump pumps for each of the townhome building. Each end of the building houses the sump pumps, so while your basement may not be flooding your neighbor basement is flooded. The association will inspect the sump pumps annually to ensure they are functioning which means we will need to enter the units that have sump…

Important Pool Update

Hello Millington, Last year many of our homeowners have had concerns about the pool lock and handle as some of you were locked in or locked out. We have heard you and last week we have gotten the lock replaced. What this means is the lock to the pool and the locks to the both bathrooms have been changed. We the board have decided that it was time as well to change the lock key as well instead of using what current keys we have. We have a lot of turnover within the community these last 30 years and I am sure that most likely half of Columbus has a key. So every homeowner will have to pick up a…

Wildlife Guidelines

Updated 3/18/2020 Hello Millington, As we get into the spring season this is our general reminder that we should not be feeding any water foul or small game. Not only is it our Rules & Regs but it is also in the MROA Rules & Regs as well. We have been provided information from Ohio Wildlife about the best way to midgate and water foul and small games issues we may be having. Below are some guidelines and a PDF of additional information HERE. • Don't feed wildlife. • Trim tree branches that extend over your roof or install a three-foot-wide band of sheet metal (six feet above the ground) around the trunks of trees that overhang your house. This…
