Proxy Form for Annual Meeting

Hello Millington, There was a clerical error in the proxy form for the annual meeting. Per our By-Laws, we have to have the correct date on the form for the proxy. We will be sending out a new form this week. Please note that if you return the incorrect form we will not able to use it as a proxy vote. If you have any questions please email the office or the Board on the Contact Us page. If you are planning on attending the meeting you do not have to worry about returning the proxy form.
