Hello Millington,
Now that it is February is here and we have had warmer winter than expected the small game is starting their mating season early. As always make sure you do not feed them or leave any trash or food outside. That also includes compost piles and bird feeders. This will attract the small game and waterfowl to the community and any efforts the Millington or MROA does to get rid of them will be a wasted effort. By leaving food out in any food it can cause these animals to try to enter the building through the chimnies, A/C unit lines that enter the building and other small openings within the buildings. These repairs become costly and will hinder our efforts. So if you see any damage or entry points please let the office or the board know so that we can get this addressed.
