Fireplace Reminder

Hello Millington, Just a reminder that if you use your wood fireplace that we need a yearly inspection done and the report send to Heather in the office. If you choose not to use your fireplace you will need to print and have notarized the fireplace affidavit found on HOA —>Forms. If you have a gas fireplace you need not to worry at this time. Holiday Lights Reminder

Hello Millington, Now that Thanksgiving is over we are getting into holiday season. Just as a general reminder per our rules and regulations you may decorate outside two weeks before and after the holiday. Please bare in mind that you may not nail, screw, or puncture the siding however, you can use tape or command strips. Any negligence or disregard of the rules may result in a fee violation. Quarterly Meeting

Hello Millington, On Nov. 19th at 7 pm. We will be holding our quarterly meeting. During this meeting, we will be going over the Reserve Study findings and what option we have chosen to ensure our funding for future years. We the Board have came up with a presentation to deliver to the community. By that time we should have the 2020 budget completed and approved as well. So we should be able to inform the community if there is an increase to the monthly dues. We hope to see you all there on the 19th of Nov. at 7 pm. Thanks The Board

Safety Alert!

Good Afternoon Millington, It has been brought to the attention of the Board that we have had coyotes sighted within the Millington. Please make sure you are aware of your surroundings at all time after dusk, and make sure you have your pets on a leash when you are outside of your home. As a general reminder to please not leave any food or water outside that could attract them or smaller animals which are food for them. Tomorrow, Tues 9/24/19 we will be treating the grass for a Chinch Bug infestation. This will involve spraying the grass in the problem areas. The treatment is pet and human safe.
