Parking Reminder

Parking Reminder It has been bought up to the attention to the board about issues with parking. We have seen parking on the street and in some grassy areas. As a reminder per our rules and regulations that is not allowed. If this is seen it could result in a violation fine or towing of your vehicle. Pavement Announcement

We will be starting the pavement project Tues Sept 17. There will be parking restrictions in those areas the night before. I have provided a map below to show area that will be worked on and places to park while the work is going on. Woods Mill Dr, Compactor Area, and Fishinger Mill will start on Tues Sept 17 - Please have all vehicles removed by 10 pm Mon Sept 16. We will tow at 11 pm on Monday night. This will be marked in purple and green on the map. The exit off of Mill Run Dr will start on Wed Sept 18 marked in orange. The entry off of Mill Run Dr will start on Thurs Sept 19…

Dog Pool Party

This year will be doing a dog pool party on Monday Sept, 16 2019. This will only be open to dogs since we will not be treating the pool that day. So, bring your dogs and their pool toys while we end the pool season with a bark! We will have the hose out as well to rinse your dogs off afterward. I hope that you and your dogs have a great time! We have update the system we use for email updates related to new post. With this new system we were unable to migrate the current people subscribed over to the new system. Pool Update

The board has extended the pool closing. The pool will be opened every day till Labor Day. Then will only be opened weekends including Fridays till Sept 15th. We will be locking the gate on the days the pool will not be open.
